Melissa Smith

Melissa Smith is a true sales professional and an outstanding sales trainer. For the last 20 years has been incredibly successful in sales, sales training, and sales management. She has been recognized as Sales Representative of the Year, multiple year President’s Club awards and an outstanding sales trainer.  As the sales trainer at CCS Medical she implemented a training program to support over 100 additional sales reps and helping grow sales from $200MM to over $400MM.

Melissa leads the training at Helping Bulls and passionately helps organizations better understand how to hire effectively, drive top performers, and get the right people into the right seats. Her understanding of Culture Index and insight into top performers allows her to guide management teams to dramatically improve their hiring, development and succession planning.

She is an Arizona State graduate and cares deeply about children and dogs, frequently supporting causes that help those in need.
